Saudi Embassy in Australia Distributes Iftar Food Baskets
The Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Australia distributed food baskets to fasting people and those affected by COVID-19 preventive measures in Australia during the holy month of Ramadan, within the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Iftar (Breaking-fast) Program in cooperation with Islamic centers, in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to implement an
Iftar program being supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance.
Saudi Ambassador to Australia Musaed bin Ibrahim Al-Saleem said that the embassy delivered these baskets to the homes of the most needy families, the elderly, and those with additional needs, while taking all precautionary measures put in place by the government to prevent the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
