The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) has supported the employment of 40,869 Saudi young men and women in the first quarter of 2018, according Hadaf spokesman Khalid Aba Al-Khail.

The employment of these young men and women was achieved through Hadaf’s various employment channels including Tawafuq (the program for the recruitment of physically challenged people), Hafiz (the program for assisting job seekers), training and employment centers, national employment offices and Hadaf branches in different regions of the Kingdom.

Hadaf is also running programs for the enhancement of Saudization in companies. It also has part-time work program and entrepreneurship program.

Aba Al-Khail said 18,983 men and 21,886 women were supported through these employment programs.

He said Hadaf is continuing its efforts to support Saudization by replacing expat workers with Saudis in the private sector in order to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
