Saudi Arabia lets Qatari pilgrims book Umrah packages in KSA after Doha blocks online booking
Saudi Arabia declared on Friday that Qatari explorers would now be able to book Umrah bundles upon their landing in the Kingdom, never again expecting to do it while in Qatar.
They will almost certainly do this at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, the primary port of passage for most pioneers, the Saudi Press Agency revealed, citing the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
The choice was a result of Qatari experts denying the explorers their entitlement to electronically apply for Umrah visas at home, the service said.
This week Saudi Arabia initiated another web connect to deal with solicitations from Qatari nationals wishing to play out the Umrah journey.
The new connection is: https://qtumra.haj.gov.sa
The service set up the new connection since access to the past one was hindered by Qatari specialists, SPA said.
Saudi Arabia has over and again said that Qatari nationals are free to perform journeys to the Kingdom, in spite of the discretionary break between the two nations.
Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates broke exchange and conciliatory relations in June 2017 with Qatar, whom they blamed for facilitating and financing fear associations.
