Saudi among 35 nationalities killed in Ethiopian plane crash

A Saudi national was among the 157 individuals on board Nairobi-bound Ethiopian Airlines ET 302 which smashed not long after departure from Addis Ababa on Sunday morning. 

Saudi Ambassador to Ethiopia Abdullah Al-Arjani revealed to Okaz that the Saudi resident was working in the enrollment division and was going to Nairobi. 

Al-Arjani said the group of the perished reached the Saudi Embassy in Addis Ababa. "We are working with the relevant experts to find the body of the Saudi native," Al-Arjani included. 

 

A rundown of 35 nationalities was tweeted by Ethiopian Airlines, with no qualification made between the 149 travelers and eight group.

The accident brought up issues about the security of the Boeing 737 MAX 8, another model that likewise smashed in Indonesia in October. 

Sunday›s flight left Bole air terminal in Addis Ababa at 8:38 a.m. (0538 GMT), before losing contact with the control tower only a couple of minutes after the fact at 8:44 a.m. 

There are no survivors,» the carrier tweeted close by an image of CEO Tewolde GebreMariam holding up a bit of flotsam and jetsam inside an extensive hole at the accident site.
