Rain, thunderstorms forecast for Saudi Arabia : Meteorology office

Rain and thunderstorms to hit several regions across the Kingdom during the next few days, according to Saudi General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection.

The authority has issued a statement on Sunday warning in advance of moderate to heavy rains accompanied by thunderstorms and dust storms, which may lead to torrential flows.

It said several areas will be affected. In Makkah, the cities of Taif, Mysan, Beni Saad, and several areas in the region the weather will remain as such until 10 p.m. local time.

It likewise estimated that rainy thunderstorm will hit Al Baha area went with dusty breezes. This will incorporate Al-Baha district and close-by regions, for example, the urban areas of Biljurashi and Al-Mekhwa. The blustery climate will proceed until 9pm neighborhood time.
