Pakistani PM Imran Khan thanks kingdom for economic support

Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan thanked Saudi Arabia for providing economic support for his country.

He said in a televised address addressed to the people of Pakistan this evening that the kingdom has provided a new economic package for Pakistan.

He added that the economic support provided by the Kingdom for Pakistan will bring the country out of the economic crisis without a wave of high cost of living, as opposed to loans obtained from the International Monetary Fund, which lead to higher prices which adversely affect the ordinary citizen.
