Only obligatory prayers allowed in Mataf during Ramadan
Emir of Makkah Province Prince Khaled Al-Faisal issued orders on Sunday night to dispense the entire Mataf (circumambulation territory) and different zones intended for Tawaf on the ground and first floors, mezzanine and the rooftop for Tawaf as it were.
Floor coverings won't be spread in these regions with the exception of playing out the five required petitions, powerful from the first of Ramadan.
