License renewal for local Haj firms start from Sept. 30

Ministry of Haj and Umrah said it will start receiving applications for the renewal of licenses of domestic Haj service companies from Sept. 30,Saudigazette reported.

The licenses of all Haj service companies are renewed annually and will terminate with the end of the Haj season each year.

The Ministry said the issuance of the new licenses would proceed for multi month after which no application for recharging would be considered.

The ministry said the local Haj organizations would be given authority letters to be displayed to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment to reestablish their business enrollment and to incorporate the organization's new location on the off chance that it so wishes.

It solicited the owners from local Haj organizations and their chiefs to display letters proving their clean criminal record and comparable letters to the Civil Affairs Department to get letters about their common undertakings status. 

The ministry said no Haj company or establishment will be given letters to present to the Ministry of Commerce and Investment after Oct. 3, ministry added.
