King Salman : Cost-of-living allowances to continue

High Royal Highness King Salman ordered the continuation of public sector cost-of-living allowances on Tuesday.

As per an royal order, civil servants and warriors will keep on accepting a month to month allowance of SR1,000. Month allowance of SR500 will likewise proceed forpensioners and social security recipients.

Student advantages will increment by 10 %.

"That is for one fiscal year until fulfillment of the study of the study of the social protection system,” the royal order said.

The King accepted this choice on the counsel of Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense. — SG
