$80m expansion of Saudi shopping mall completed
The Red Sea Mall of Jeddah, claimed by Red Sea Markets Company Ltd, has declared the finishing of a $80 million extension venture, which started in 2014.
The extension, which occurred in three stages, incorporated a shrewd stopping building, the development of entryways 1, 2 and 3 and the Plaza containing films.
Al Rayan Gadouri, general chief of Red Sea Mall, stated: "This development, which surpassed SR300 million, is in accordance with the dynamic development of the retail division and is intended to address the issues of the kingdom's inhabitants and guests, while contributing towards the Saudi Vision 2030."
The all out region of the new extension is 8,000 square meters including a retail space of 500 square meters, and zones for films, youngsters' stimulation and different offices and administrations.
The development venture additionally incorporates seating and a shaded region.
Red Sea Mall is one of the biggest shopping centers in Jeddah with 521 shops.
