As indicated by Makkah daily, a worker making rounds in the parking areas will photograph the plate numbers of vehicles parked without paying. On the off chance that the vehicle remained in the same parking slot without paying following seven minutes, the driver will be fined quickly.

Seven minutes is the globally accepted limit for issuing tickets for violators of stopping rules.
