Sunset boat trips on the Red Sea, a street food festival at the Dead Sea and spa rituals in Petra have been arranged for this summer.

Amman, Jordan. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Jordan is making sure there are enough opportunities to keep discovering interesting places and creating summer memories through special experiences.

“We’re looking forward to a positively eventful summer in Jordan with plenty of good reasons to travel through the country from Mövenpick to Mövenpick,” said Michael Nugent, Vice President Operations Levant & Pakistan – Accor.

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Dead Sea presents a street food festival every Thursday and Friday during the summer. Apart from the interactive visual entertainment as food choices are prepared in front of guests, live entertainment such as music, belly dancing, and a fire show will enhance the atmosphere at Sunset Arena.

To make Red Sea beach holidays extra special this summer, Mövenpick has launched two value-added packages that are valid in July and August. The packages include two nights with breakfast and free WiFi, as well as a 90-minute boat experience on the Red Sea. A glass boat discovery cruise is included at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba, while Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba offers a sunset cruise.

Petra, Jordan’s crown jewel and renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a highlight in any season. The ‘Petra by Night’ candlelit experience is especially pleasant during summer nights and also free for children below 10 years. The recently renovated Mövenpick Nabatean Castle Hotel is a great fortress-style base with wonderful Rift Valley views, while Mövenpick Resort Petra opens its Zara Spa this summer and is situated right next to Petra’s entrance. Both hotels feature swimming pools.
