Dubai Mall: Also known as the home of the Dubai shopping festival, the Dubai Mall is the largest shopping mall in the world that spreads over an area of more than 500,000 square meters. This mall has 1200 stores and a very large walk-through fishbowl, a world-class ice rink and a parking space of 14,000 vehicles. The stores cover almost every shopping essentials including electronics, fashion, beauty and fragrance, home furnishing, toys. To validate its popularity Dubai Mall was featured in Grazia Magazine in 2010 for providing the best shopping experience. This mall also provides entry to the world of entertainment and amusement. 

The mall houses an Underwater Zoo, which is an unbelievable walk-through aquarium having 10 million litres of water and a collection of over 300 species of aquatic animals within it. The ice rink inside the mall is a multi-purpose venue that works as a concert arena and private functions spot. Apart from adventures, there are multiple options for shopping and eating available at the Dubai Mall. Mall of the Emirates: Located in the Al Barsha area on the west side of Dubai this is the most frequented shopping mall in UAE. Also termed as World’s first shopping resort, this is the most one-stop-shop destination both for residents and foreigners in UAE. You can find top brands of luxury such as Fashion Dome, Via Rodeo, Bottega Veneta, Diane Von Furstenberg, Christian Louboutin, Prada and Five Green, in the mall. The Mall of the Emirates, a leading shopping centre is also a magnificent family leisure spot that houses Ski Dubai which is an indoor ski resort & snow park.

The key attraction of this mall is Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre with a 500-seating capacity. The mall founded by Majid Al Futtaim Properties has 100 odd food shops comprising top restaurants and cafes such as Après, Dean & Deluca, Texas de Brazil, and Eat Greek. There are many ways of entertainment and one of them is VOX Cinemas. If you need some respite from shopping then you can catch a film here. The other important laid back activities are arcade games, Astro Blasters, bowling and gravity-defying trampoline.

Ibn Battuta Mall: Named after a traveller and explorer of 14th century Ibn Battuta, this is the world's largest themed shopping mall. There are 6-country themed courts in the Ibn Battuta Mall, namely, India Court, Egypt Court, Persia Court, Tunisia Court, Andalusia Court and China Court. The most popular among these is the Persian Court which is enveloped by a hand-painted dome. The Indian Court shows the grandeur of India’s Mughal period of the 13th century. The architecture of the court is influenced by Indo-Islamic architecture and majestic Indian monuments such as the Taj Mahal, Red Fort, Wind Palace. 

Offering a wide variety of shopping stores as much as 270 in numbers the Ibn Battuta Mall covers almost everything that makes it no less than heaven for shopping lovers. To serve you delicious food there are around 50 restaurants and eateries including Alpy's Cafe (India Court), Jamaica Blue (Tunisia Court), The Bagelbar Coffee House (Persia Court), KORYO (Tunisia Court), Umami (Tunisia Court) etc. Among numerous entertainment options 21 Screen Novo Cinemas, Skyzone Trampoline Park, Switch Bowling are popular. For tourists, a currency exchange kiosk, banks and ATMs are available in the mall.
