Cristal Group Announces Menno De Boer as the New Chief Operating Officer
The Cristal Group has announced the appointment of Menno De Boer as Chief Operating Officer. A seasoned hotelier with 30 years of experience across the Middle East, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Making the announcement, Kamal Fakhoury, Cristal Group’s CEO stated “We are delighted to welcome Menno as our new COO. Menno has an established track record, and I am confident he will lead the group towards global success.”
Menno’s experience spans across all aspects of the hospitality industry – from openings to revamping and consulting. Menno was recently cluster General Manager at the five star Bayat Hotel by Cristal and Bayat Suites by Cristal in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; prior to that he was Hotel Director for the NH Collection Barbizon Palace Amsterdam, and Area General Manager in Bavaria Regent Hotel Hailar China.
After obtaining his degree at the Hague Hotel Management School in the Netherlands in Hotel Administration, Menno continued to pursue advance trainings and workshops with Hilton International, Oberoi Hotels and Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts.
Menno will oversee the group’s operations spanning eleven properties operating and under development.
